Phantom Payn Days has been played on NTS shows including Idle Hands w/ Zane Landreth, with Day Is Slowly Turning Into Sleep When Your Bed Is Upside Down first played on 3 May 2023.

Phantom Payn Days is the solo project of Juergen Gleue of the widely overlooked outfit "39 Clocks." The self-titled debut was recorded in the mid to late 90s and released by the De Stijl label in 2010.
