Hugo Raspoet (Ganshoren, Belgium, 2 November 1940 - 3 October 2018) was a Belgian singer-songwriter. He was best known for his song Helena. After releasing the single Dag Lief/De Zon, he stopped his singing career in 1972. In 1969, the president of the public television BRT prohibited the broadcast of the anti Pope song "Evviva Il Papa".
