The Observers

The Observers has been played on NTS in shows including Record Store Rotation: Flashback Records, featured first on 28 January 2014. Songs played include Organ Satta, Sir Niney's Rock and Iron Fist.

The Observers is the name of three groups:

1) A Jamaican reggae band, which is the label 'house band' of Observer, led by producer George Boswell (aka Niney The Observer). They were most active in the '70s and their latest release is the single "Razor Blad Dub".

2) A Portland punk rock band, which released one album, "So What's Left Now", and several 7"'s. They broke-up in late 2005.

3) A group of aliens as performed on Mystery Science Theater 3000 by Kevin Murphy and Bill Corbett.
