The Millions

The Millions has been played on NTS shows including Record Store Rotation: Flashback Records, with Love Of Jah Jah Children first played on 28 January 2014.

There is more than one band by this name:

(1) The Millions were a Lincoln, Nebraska alternative rock band formed in 1989. The band's membership was drawn from two earlier cult acts in Lincoln--guitarist Harry Dingman III and drummer Greg Hill had played in For Against, while vocalist Lori Allison and bassist Marty Amsler were members of New Brass Guns. The Millions became one of very few Lincoln outfits to ever land a major-label deal when they signed to Polygram subsidiary Smash Records for their 1991 debut album "M Is For Millions." The band's 1994 follow-up was released by German indie label Dream Circle, and in 1995 the band ceased its activities.
