Ramlie Bin Ahmad more commonly known as A.Ramlie was born on the 25th of August 1948 in Singapore. With his golden voice, he became one of the well known artists during the Pop Yeh Yeh craze which swept through Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei and Sumatra in the 60s and early 70s. He is most famously backed by the group "The Rhythm Boys" with whom he recorded several popular songs such as "Oh Fatimah" and "Hidup Bersama" . Ramlie passed away on the 10th of May 2001.
