Medium Cool has been played on NTS shows including Los Hitters, with Ain't No Big Thing first played on 15 June 2021.

There are at least two bands called Medium Cool:

1) 1991 album "Imagination" with vocalists Adele Bertei, Alex Chilton, Angel Torsen, and James White, backed by RobertArron (Piano/Tenor Sax), Ron Miller (bass), Richard Dworkin (drums), A.J. Mantas (Vibes & Piano), and James White (alto sax), playing jazz tunes associated with Chet Baker.
