Los Matematicos has been played on NTS shows including Carlos René, with El Salvaje first played on 15 December 2022.

Los Matematicos were a Mexican garage rock band from Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas. They released three albums, the last of which featured original takes on songs by The Kinks. The band broke up shortly after, with lead singer Juan Garza going on to pursue a solo career.
