Fidel Castro has been played on NTS in shows including Rambo Radio w/ 12manrambo, featured first on 12 September 2022. Songs played include My Ghetto Life.

(2) Czech ska band from Prague, formerly (before 1997) playing punk, now known as Basta Fidel. They made 2 CD's . First one, Fidel Castro 2001 was only a demo CD containing 4 songs (recorded in april 2001). The second one album name is Had ma vice tel nez-li rukou (translated as "A snake has more bodies than hands"), containing 11 tracks, recorded a year later. Although they haven't recorded album for long time, they play on lots of concerts, parties etc. and they are quite popular on Czech ska scene. This band was transformed to Basta Fidel in 2003.
