Cosmonauts has been played on NTS shows including Black Impulse, with Sweet Talk first played on 13 June 2015.

Cosmonauts is a garage psychedelic rock band from the city of Fullerton in Orange County, California, comprised of Alexander Ahmadi, Derek Cowart and James Sanderson.

The band released their début self-titled LP,"Cosmonauts", in June 2010 on Burger Records and a subsequent second LP "If You Wanna Die Then I Wanna Die" in April 2012. In 2013, the band released their first full album, "Persona Non Grata".

Pitchfork has described the band's songs as being “packed with atmosphere".
