Techtones (also known as 'The Techtones') was a short-lived, obscure power pop/new wave band from New Zealand. They broke through to limited success with their single "That Girl" in late 1980, released through Propeller Records. They released their first and only album, "TT23", in late 1981 through Ripper Records. The band was made up of musicians Chris Burt, Jimmy Juricevich, Peter Solomon, and Steve Roach.
