Blind Joe was born in Fargo, ND. When he was three years old, his Grandpa Bob bought him his first guitar. He would sit in his basement and Grandpa Bob would teach him the notes on his accordian. They'd sing everything from Hank Williams and Jim Croche to Merle, Waylon and Willy. When Joe was 6 years old, his gym teacher, Mr. A., would let him attempt to sing on stage to old Travis Tritt and Charlie Daniels songs…
