Kevin Burtt aka Me-Sheen was born in Maine, USA. He first emerged on the electronic music scene in 1995, where he released his first EP, "ELECTRONIC MEMBRAIN", on the well respected REFLECTIVE RECORDS out of San Francisco. With the construction of funky, dubby grooves and spacey,melodic atmospheres,he continues down this path where currently, he is soaking up the futuristic ambience of Tokyo, Japan.
