DUO by Gen Tanabe and haruka nakamura. Gen Tanabe is a musician/guitarist, but also an engineer and the owner of studio camel house. Musician haruka nakamura has recorded almost all of his works there. After working together for several years, the two formed a music unit called "orbe" in 2018 after a vineyard session at Yamanashi's winery "BEAU PAYSAGE". The music that was born at that time was recorded at Yatsugatake Kogen Ongakudo. Recorded in the first track of VA "Waltz for BEAU PAYSAGE". Released the 1st EP "orbe" in 2020 on a 12-inch analog record. An album work with the theme of "circulation that connects mountains and seas" with a jacket of the belk of the Seto Inland Sea, which is orbe's home ground, and a single tree in Yatsugatake Kogen Ongakudo. "BEAU PAYSAGE" directed by TKC, who also worked on the jacket photo, and the album digest MV directed by belk staff Tsubasa Hirose have been released on YouTube. After that, he worked on NHK drama "Konjiki no Umi" and CM music under the name of orbe. The 1st album "orbe I" is scheduled to be released in early summer 2022. The first full-length album featuring guest solo project "Meadow" by maika from baobab. This trio is also a recording ensemble member of "Nujabes PRAY Reflections", and Meadow's 1st album was made with orbe actively participating.
