Tunde Jegede has been played on NTS shows including The Early Bird Show w/ Spirit Blue, with The Passing first played on 11 November 2021.

Tunde Jegede (b. 1972) is a composer, musician and audio-visual artist and a true visionary of the 21st century from London, United Kingdom.

As a composer he has worked with many international orchestras, ensembles and institutions for both the concert platform, television and films. These include The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, The Philharmonia, The National Symphony Orchestra of France, The London Sinfonietta, a BBC2 documentary on his music, the PBS documentary-film, Hopes on the Horizon and composing the soundtrack for the film, 500 Years Later.

In his work as a musician he has collaborated with a wide range of international artists from various genres and disciplines including Evelyn Glennie, The Brodsky Quartet, Kasse Mady Diabate, Oumou Sangare, Trilok Gurtu, Nana Vasconcelos, Des'ree, Caron Wheeler, Courtney Pine, Talvin Singh and Bheki Mseleku.

As an audio-visual artist he has always been interested in the intrinsic links between visuals and music, text, sonics and imagery. He began working with multi-media visual artists from the late 90's and this soon became an integral part of his work over the years. This work led him into films and he has just finished his debut film, Dream Memories which includes a series of his audio-visual work.
