Radim Hladík (* 13.12.1946 Prague, Czech Republic) is rock guitarist, keyboards player, song-writer, producer and pedagog. He is one of the most legends of czech rock guitar (together with Michal Pavlíček).

Since five he started play on piano and later he studied on Prague's conservatory with guitar teacher Milan Zelenka. Since fithteen he won tender on guitar player in the beat group Kometa. Later he played in the group Fontána, early renamed on Matadors and was one of the most superior and progressive group on Czech beat scene (Hladík played there on keyboards too).

Later he established Blue Effect (aka Modrý efekt or M. efekt).

Since 2002 he occasionally play with group Los Losos together with Ondřej Hejma (singer), František Kotva (guitar), Robley Evanas (bassguitar) a Erno Šedivý (drums).

Now he reunion the group Blue Effect.
