Lil Xelly has been played on NTS shows including Finesse The Plug Radio, with Celine first played on 1 October 2018.

Marcell Hebron (June 13, 1998 – January 17, 2025), better known by his stage name Lil Xelly, was a rapper from Rockville, Maryland. He first started releasing music in 2014 on the mixtape platform Spinrilla and on a channel called SONGODTV.

He started to rise into fame in 2017 when he first dropped his mixtape on Soundcloud called More Xelly, and then would find his success in 2019 when he would drop his mixtape called Lil Xelly the Mixtape, which both of those mixtapes were given a lot of positive feedbacks and this would lead Xelly into getting connections with bigger artists in the DMV scene like Wifigawd.

On January 17th, 2025, Lil Xelly was killed in a shooting. He was 26 years old.
