Christine Abdelnour has been played on NTS shows including Fractal Meat On A Spongy Bone, with Every Extra Thing first played on 18 May 2021.

Christine Abdelnour (born in Lebanon in 1978 - living in France) has been active as an improvising saxophonist since 1997 when, after her discovering of improvised music, she decided to start her own autodidact study of sound experimentation on the alto saxophone. She has played with orchestras like IVRAIE resident (at Instants Chavirés in Montreuil) and in different regular formations with, among others, Sharif Sehnaoui, Michel Waisvisz, Stéphane Rives, Quentin Dubost, Agnès Palier, Sebastien Bouhana and Mazen Kerbaj. For the past few years, she has been working in the field of dance and has also been studying musical pedagogy. Since 2001 she has been contributing to the develop, and increase awareness of, improvisation in Lebanon co-organizing the annual Irtijal festival.
