Hailing from Chicago, IL, with massive sounds that loom as large as the city's endless stretch of skyscrapers, THE ABILITY- Craig Hewitt - Lead Vocals/Guitar, Mike Kosch - Bass Guitar, Al Ricco - Lead Guitar and Steve Mac on Drums have spent the better half of the last year in the recording studio with Producer Jonathan Clardy (With Dead Hands Rising, Victorian Halls) where they created, and then perfected their engrossingly large, anthemtic music. Now this October '08 they are ready to unveil their orchestrated passion via Mediaskare/Crazy Lucky Records (As Blood Runs Black, The Messenger), presenting a sound that is brilliantly melodic, yet often mirrors a darker, heavier realism. Throughout, 'Be Still' floats listeners from thought-provoking lyrics to a theme of pause; a moment to appreciate a single second in time that will be gone, possibly before it was even realized.
