Frifot is a Swedish folk band.

Frifot is made up of Per Gudmundson (fiddle and bagpipes), Ale Möller (mandola, hammered dulcimer, flutes), and Lena Willemark (vocals and fiddle). These three musicians also form the basis of the [aartist]Nordan Project.

Founded in 1987 by its three members, Frifot both plays traditional Swedish music and extends that tradition.
